Hi, I'm Riece.
I'm the mother of 5, wife of 23 years, horse obsessed, lifelong learner, and coach. I help women who are tired of enduring life start creating one they love, in person with horses outside Sacramento, or on Zoom from anywhere.
Start with a free 20-minute call on Zoom, or by phone if that's easier. No pressure to sign up.

The memories of my former life are getting fuzzier.
It was a life where about 80% of my brain space went to an ever-growing list of grievances against myself, my kids, my husband, my house, and the world at large. The other 20% went to keeping us all afloat.
(Why the hell did my daughter's fourth grade teacher assign so much homework!?)
I constantly wondered how much more I could take. Was it supposed to be this hard?
As awful as that time was, I wouldn't take it back even if I could. That struggle paved the way to more joy, passion, and heart-bursting love than I ever could have imagined.
From the outside, not much has changed.
But from the inside, this life of mine is almost unrecognizable.
3 shifts that changed everything.
Life isn't supposed to be happy all the time.
A full life includes sadness, disappointment, anger, and hurt. Accepting that meant I could stop adding layers of resistance and shame, which only made the hard feelings last longer.
I have more power than I ever dreamed.
So much in my own little universe of kids, family, and circumstances is out of my hands. The one place I have total say is my inner world: the stories I tell myself, how I handle my emotions, and who I choose to be. Choosing on purpose what goes on between my ears made me the captain of my own ship, instead of someone tossed and tumbled by the waves.
You can't pour from an empty cup.
I told myself that putting my family above all else made me a good wife and mother. LIES. I've been chasing my dreams for the last few years, and while that means less time at home, my family gets a happier, more excited version of me, one who no longer needs them to be a certain way so I can feel good about myself.
It's possible for you, too. Let's chat.

Initially I was very skeptical about seeing a life coach. When I worked with Riece, she was so easy going and knowledgeable that it put me at ease. Her constant positivity and adaptable strategies really helped guide me and make solid life changes. I’m forever grateful for her.Heather G.
