For the rider in you
Sound familiar?

You think about horses more than you get to ride.

i."Could I actually afford this?" You've looked at lessons, leases, or board and talked yourself out of it before you ever ran your own numbers. Run the numbers
ii."I used to ride so much more." Kids, work, and everything else slowly crowded the barn out of your week. Get back to the barn
iii."What if it happens again?" A fall, a scary ride, or a long break left you second-guessing yourself in the saddle. Rebuild your confidence
iv."Show week always turns into a scramble." You love showing, and the packing lists, nerves, and last-minute details still get the best of you. Plan your season

Every one of these has a practical next step. Pick the one that fits where you are today.

Nothing you type is ever sent anywhere or collected. You can save your numbers on your own device, or not.

The mindset side

A lot of riding happens between your ears.

The thoughts that keep you home, the fear after a fall, and the guilt about time at the barn are the same kinds of things I help women with as a certified life coach and a certified Equus coach. That's why the Thought Map shows up in so many of these guides.
